Monica meets with her sister Annora
Monica's sister Annora is her opposite. She wins the heart of AJ Drakon.
Monica has long since lost her esteemed position within the organization. What was once a comfortable VP role has now been reduced to that of a regular employee. At least she was able to secure some special compensation when Project Hierarch officially launched.

She has been enjoying endless fun around the office. She had heard an intriguing rumor that Edward "AJ" Drakon, the boss, had developed a specialized strain of the serum that he had perfected. Monica was determined to create a plan to win back Edward's favor. However, the best-laid plans often encounter unexpected obstacles. That obstacle came in the form of her older half-sister, Anora. Annora Marie Black was everything Monica detested. She was elegant, sophisticated, graceful, refined, meek, and humble. She always offered kind words and preferred to avoid wasting time on empty compliments or praise. She was careful and calculating, always striving to align with the company's objectives.

She quickly made friends with Zoey and Charlotte, becoming the media darling of the organization. Her rise was swift and meteoric, and she soon found herself on the executive board as the company treasurer and later as secretary. Monica's only consolation was that her sister was frequently traveling abroad when she wasn't busy fawning over Edward.
One day, while Annora was in her private office, Monica noticed that she was dressed only in a lovely robe. It was the weekend, and the afternoon was winding down. She also observed that Annora had gained some weight. She had let herself go. Monica couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction that her sister wasn't as flawless as she seemed. But upon closer inspection, she noticed Annora's round, beautiful belly.
It turned out she had been pregnant for some time. Monica confronted Annora, but Annora seemed completely unfazed by her sister's presence. In fact, she was not even disturbed by Monica's appearance in front of her. She immediately stood up and kissed Monica on the forehead and cheek. This gesture calmed Monica, but it only fueled her anger further.

However, she sought an explanation. A reason for why her pregnancy was kept hidden from her. Annora reveals that Edward is the father. They had grown close over the last few months. She was always there to lend a hand with his business, constantly tidying up after his blunders. In return, he would massage her back and shoulders, take her out for dinners, and express his desire for her company. Initially, Annora was hesitant, but Edward patiently guided her through the intricacies of the business. The more time they shared, the deeper their bond became, extending beyond work as well. When Edward confided in Annora about his plans to use the Hierarch for his own gain, she vowed to keep an eye on him during the DNA alteration and restoration process. Once it was completed, AJ turned his attention to Vorin, Nora, Claire, Gina, Lisa, Tove, Idun, Haldis, Aasne, and a multitude of Imperial Inquisitors. Eventually, his focus shifted to Annora. But unlike the wild encounters he had with the others, he would savor the experience of getting to know her on a deeper level. One thing led to another, and she found herself pregnant with his child. This revelation struck Monica like a heavy blow. Not only had Annora taken her place, but she had also captured Edward's attention before she could. It seemed that Edward had been infused with Hierarch serum for some time. Her information was outdated, and she felt a wave of shame wash over her. Observing her sister's despondency, Annora devised a plan. She would approach Edward on Monica's behalf. Aware of Monica's past with Edward, she would explore the possibility of Monica becoming Edward's slave while holding the position of company chairperson. Monica initially wanted to object, but she caught herself just in time. She recognized her own manipulative nature and the scrutiny she would face. Annora's proposal was humiliating yet pragmatic. With reluctance, she agreed. She would become his slave, but it would still afford her a semblance of power. It wasn't the board of directors, but it was certainly better than nothing.
