Background Story
Joe gets into hacking and electronics early in his teens. But he also has a strong sense of right and wrong and is one of the few whites joining the BLM resistance as he does not believe in the racism of the New Confederacy regime.
On several occasions he helps Terri and Foxy while they are abused as hucows at the Three Pines Agricultural Center.
